Signing up with I Care Pharmacy is quick and easy . . . simply mail or fax your enrollment form, or give us a call and let one of our customer service specialist assist you.
The easiest way to sign up with I Care Pharmacy is to call us at 1-888-422-7319 and tell us that you are interested in using our services. After answering a few questions about yourself (for example; name, mailing address, home phone number, date of birth, insurance information . . . and some others) you will be ready to begin receiving your medications from I Care Pharmacy.
Having a one on one conversation with our customer service specialists will enable us to answer any questions you may have about our program.
After getting signed up with our customer service specialist, we ask that you to contact your doctors and let them know that you will be using I Care Pharmacy for your medications; ask them to either call in, mail or fax your prescriptions to us for 90 day supplies. With 90 day supplies, there are no worries about refills for 3 months at a time and if you have straight MaineCare, your co-pays are waived.

How can I send you my prescriptions?
There are several ways:

We are sorry, but the law prevents patients from faxing in their own prescriptions. Also, certain types of prescriptions cannot be accepted by fax or phone and must be mailed in.
We'll also need some information about you. Please print and fill out our order form and mail or fax it to us.
